Over the years, Jonathan has been a prominent figure in various industry events, including presentations at NATCO and AOPO Compass meetings, where he has shared insights on critical topics such as Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, First Person Authorization in DCD, and Honor Walks. His contributions extend beyond presentations, as he has actively participated in numerous committees within the industry, including roles in OPTN, AOPO, and NATCO. Additionally, Jonathan played a pivotal role in developing the mentorship program for the Organ Donation Alliance, showcasing his commitment to advancing the industry.
Drawing from his experience, Jonathan is well-versed in LEAN principles, having received training in LEAN methodologies throughout his career. Kris Frank, RN, CPTC - Administrator of Education, Clinical Coordinator
With more than 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Kris brings a wealth of expertise to the table, particularly in ICUs with a specialization in Neuro/Trauma care. Kris's journey in the healthcare industry began in 1998 with New England Donor Services, where she dedicated 23 years of service. As a member of a donor family herself, Kris deeply understands the profound significance of organ and tissue donation.
Beyond her clinical roles, Kris has excelled as a Mentor and Trainer for over 25 years, earning admiration from peers for her ability to instill confidence and enhance advanced communication skills among her colleagues.
Since 2017, Kris has been actively involved with the Alliance, serving as Teleconference Faculty and contributing as a Mentor for the National Mentor/Mentee project. Her commitment extends to professional organizations such as ANA, AHNA, Kiwanis Club, and NATCO, where she actively participates and contributes to their initiatives.
Kris's dedication to education and collaboration is evident in her co-authorship of several projects, including ODASSE for the National Alliance in Organ and Tissue Donation. This educational resource serves as a guiding framework for healthcare professionals nationwide on various aspects of donation.
Her impact extends globally through national and international presentations, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with organizations like NATCO. Kris's passion for education is further demonstrated by her development and teaching of a CPTC preparatory course.

Morgan Carver-Hunter, RN, CPTC - Clinical Coordinator
With over twenty years of experience in healthcare, including twelve years specializing in neuro critical care before transitioning into the role of an organ coordinator, Morgan brings a wealth of expertise to every setting she enters. Over the past five years within the OPO industry, Morgan has accumulated a diverse range of experiences from collaborating with OPOs and transplant centers nationwide.
Throughout her extensive career, Morgan has also acquired valuable experience in nursing management, further enriching her skill set. She excels in effective communication, particularly during crucial conversations, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes for all involved parties.

Troy Syverson, CPTC - Clinical Coordinator
With over twenty years of experience in healthcare, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every endeavor. A graduate of the University of Nebraska and Ross University School of Medicine, Troy's educational background drives his keen interest in pharmacology as it relates to donor management and its impact on recipient outcomes. Additionally, he has a particular passion for pediatric donation and is dedicated to leveraging technology to optimize donor potential.
Troy is known for his analytical mindset, proactive approach, and problem-solving abilities. He possesses the capacity to assimilate vast amounts of medically complex information and is committed to lifelong learning. Troy's exceptional empathy and communication skills have earned him repeated recognition throughout his career, and he excels at distilling complex concepts into concise, actionable insights.

Kathleen Carty, RN, CPTC - Clinical Coordinator, Educator
Kathy embarked on her journey in organ procurement more than a decade ago, complementing her extensive background of over 22 years in adult and pediatric ICU nursing. In addition to her ICU expertise, Kathy is also a certified SANE nurse in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Beyond her clinical coordination of organ donation, Kathy actively contributes to the onboarding process of OPO staff. She is recognized for her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a trait that she consistently demonstrates in all aspects of her work.
Tina Perkins, BSRT, RRT, RRT-NPS, CPTC - Clinical Coordinator
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Tina has held various roles, each contributing to her deep-rooted interest in donation. Her fascination with this field began during college and flourished during her 5-year tenure as a Pediatric Critical Care Respiratory Therapist. In 2017, Tina embarked on her journey in the OPO realm as a full-time Organ Procurement Coordinator.
In 2021, Tina transitioned to a remote role as an abdominal allocation coordinator and triage coordinator, offering her greater flexibility in her schedule. However, Tina found herself missing the direct interactions with patients, families, and hospital partners. This realization led her to join Organ Procurement Support LLC, where she now travels to engage with various OPOs.
Patient management and the opportunity to educate families and clinical partners on the invaluable mission of donation are what ignite Tina's passion for her work. She is committed to continuous learning and strives to enhance her understanding of the dynamic world of organ donation. Tina finds fulfillment in gaining different perspectives while collaborating with diverse OPOs.
